Job summary

☑ Lead 2 accounts executive

  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations for Singapore entities (4 active and 5 inactive entities)
  • Review and approve journal vouchers, balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliations, and GST submissions
  • Lead and coach accountants supporting the Ready-Mix Concrete business in Singapore and Malaysia
  • Review financial materials prepared for quarterly performance reviews with management and operations teams
  • Work closely with the Sales Team and legal counsel on credit control issues, including overdue accounts, legal actions, and debt recovery
  • Conduct fortnightly credit control meetings and provide recommendations on credit limits and terms
  • Review and approve new or annual credit applications through financial analysis and market insights
  • Collaborate with internal auditors to strengthen accounting procedures and internal controls
  • Review management reports to provide insights and identify opportunities for cost optimization
  • Oversee tax computation, budgeting, ROI analysis, and feasibility studies for new projects
  • Manage administrative access (E-Bacs, CorpPass, credit search, etc.)
