Assistant Manager, Finance
Luxury Automotive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the finance team through effective coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Oversee credit control activities to ensure Accounts Receivable balances are consistently monitored and promptly followed up.
• Address and resolve operational queries related to Accounts Receivable matters.
• Manage the timely monthly closing for both Accounts Receivable and the Vehicle Stock book.
• Review journals, invoices, and commissions payable/receivable to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, perform balance reviews, and proactively highlight potential risks.
• Ensure all invoicing and receipt transactions are accurately processed in compliance with GST requirements.
• Oversee proper revenue recognition in accordance with FRS 115 standards.
• Take charge of the annual vehicle stock take exercise.
• Manage both internal and external audit matters.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy with at least 6 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Highly meticulous, well-organized, and a strong team player with solid leadership abilities.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to identify and recommend improvements to existing processes.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
