Governance & Compliance
- Lead risk management and strengthen internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with central and regulatory teams.
Credit & Customer Management
- Manage receivables, resolve disputes, and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Support customer escalations including delivery, payment, warranty, and contractual issues.
- Oversee credit approvals and monitor overdue accounts.
Purchasing & Contract Support
- Manage purchasing for regions without dedicated staff.
- Handle Local-for-Local transactions, demo goods, and indirect purchasing.
- Support pricing, contract review, and partner discount administration in SAP.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare monthly performance, POS, and ad-hoc sales reports.
- Handle external reporting for regulators, customers, and authorities.
Cost & Financial Control
- Lead cost center activities including month-end, year-end close, business planning, and financial controlling.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and manage intercompany charges.
Legal Entity & Treasury Management
- Manage transfer pricing, audits, leasing, and GAAP/IFRS reporting.
- Serve as the main interface for BPO partners.
- Oversee treasury operations and liquidity management.
Requirements
- Min Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance accounting, or sales operations, and strong understanding of financial controls and compliance.
