A dynamic engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a proactive Assistant Engineer to join their technical team. Responsibilities include coordinating service technician schedules, supporting aftermarket sales, conducting system testing, and maintaining technical documentation. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering and 1-3 years of experience in related fields. Strong communication skills and a willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Mission is to deliver reliable power infrastructure through expert servicing, testing, and aftermarket support. As expand, we’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Assistant Engineer to join our technical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manpower Planning: Coordinate technician schedules and allocate resources for service jobs and testing activities
  • Aftermarket Sales Support: Assist in preparing service quotations, liaising with clients, and following up on maintenance contracts
  • System Testing & Commissioning: Support testing of UPS and generator systems, including functional checks and performance validation
  • Load Testing: Set up and execute load bank tests to verify system reliability and capacity
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain service records, test reports, and client feedback logs
  • Site Support: Participate in on-site troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and emergency response when required.
Requirements
