What you will be working on:

As a key member of our Human Resource (HR) team, you will develop and implement strategies and programmes in key areas such as Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, and/or Career Development, with the aim of attracting, engaging, and retaining a talented workforce. In this role, you will have opportunities to lead and participate in initiatives that foster high performance and growth, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure HR programmes align with organisational strategies. You will partner with other HR functions (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management) to deliver integrated, impactful people solutions.

What we are looking for:
  • Singapore citizen with at least 5 years of HR experience, relevant experience in the public sector will be an advantage
  • Forward-thinking with a passion for people matters, a desire to serve people, and a commitment to excellence
  • A team player, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage people at all levels
About Ministry of Transport

The Mission of Ministry of Transport is to develop Singapore’s land, sea and air transport sectors so as to enhance our economic competitiveness and quality of life in a knowledge-based economy. MOT oversees the development and regulation of the following sectors:

  • Civil Aviation and Air Transport
  • Maritime and Ports
  • Land Transport

Besides providing an efficient and cost-effective transportation in Singapore, it also strives to make Singapore an international civil aviation and maritime centre for the region. The ministry sets the strategic and policy direction while operations and regulatory works are carried out by the statutory boards under its charge. There are four statutory boards which are established by Acts of Parliament: the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), the Land Transport Authority (LTA), the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and the Public Transport Council (PTC). The ministry also oversees the operation of the Transport Safety Investigation Bureau (TSIB).
