Job description
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with the Donor Engagement team to develop and implement new general giving programmes, including staff giving and grateful patient initiatives.
  • Develop fundraising principles and policies to ensure effective collection, distribution, and management of donated funds.
  • Establish and implement systems and processes for accurate record-keeping and reporting of fundraising activities.
  • Manage a small team of fundraising professionals supporting a comprehensive fundraising programme that includes major giving, corporate partnerships, general giving, and events.
  • Build capacity through on-the-job training and mentoring of fundraising colleagues across teams and charity funds.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education / Training / Experience

  • At least 8 years of experience in fundraising operations with a proven and tangible track record.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team of 2–3 members with diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and senior management.
  • Experience in healthcare or research fundraising will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline such as Arts, Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
