Responsibilities:
  1. Drive the implementation of business continuity management activities to ensure operational resilience.
  2. Develop and enhance the BCM framework, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  3. Oversee the BCM review cycle encompassing Risk Analysis & Review, Business Impact Analysis, Recovery Strategies, and Recovery Procedures.
  4. Act as the primary advisor for BCM-related issues across all business units, coordinating incident response and recovery efforts.
  5. Lead reporting initiatives for senior management and board, providing updates, insights, and recommendations.
  6. Foster a culture of resilience through effective communication, education, and training initiatives that encourage ownership at all levels.
  7. Continuously improve processes, procedures, and tools by exploring innovative solutions to emerging threats.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies to ensure the BCM function is dynamic and forward-looking.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote BCM awareness and align initiatives with strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Crisis Management (CM), and Operational Resilience.
  3. Strong planning and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a diverse environment.
