Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimates and ensure compliance with contract obligations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and a degree in a relevant field, along with strong soft skills such as excellent communication and time management. This position offers a chance to work on various upgrading projects and requires a good knowledge of contract law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Senior QS capacity.
• Good working knowledge in contract law.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare all cost estimates for tender projects.
• Support in all upgrading projects and tender exercises.
• Ensure timely claims submission to clients.
• Ensure accurate payment response on monthly claims by subcontractors.
• Provide contractual advisory to comply with contract obligations.
• Provide advice and recommendations to meet clients’ business needs.

• 4. To ensure accurate and timely payment response on the monthly claim by subcontractors.
• 5. Provide contractual advisory to ensure the team to comply with contract obligations and procedures.
• 6. Provide advice and recommendation to meet clients’ business needs.

Job Requirements:

• 1. Minimum 5 years ‘experience in Senior QS capacity.
• 2. Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveyor/Civil/Building/Construction Management.
• 3. Good working knowledge in contract law.
