Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in hotel engineering/facilities management.
• At least 2 years in a leadership supervisory role.
• Familiarity with BCA Green Mark framework.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Engineering in managing the Engineering & Maintenance Department.
• Supervise daily work of Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance teams.
• Oversee Building Management System for efficiency.
