Job responsibilities:
  • Assist the Cafe Manager in managing daily cafe operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback, enquiries, and complaints effectively
  • Support the supervision, training, and motivation of staff to uphold service excellence and performance standards
  • Oversee operational flow, including reservations, seating plans, and overall efficiency
  • Assist with inventory control, stock management, and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and company standard operating procedures
  • Contribute to achieving outlet targets and supporting the overall performance of the cafe
Requirement:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the F&B industry
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
