Role Summary

You will support sales reps and customers by providing product/application information, conducting testing and troubleshooting, and delivering on-site support and training. Fresh graduates (Diploma in Engineering) with strong communication and problem-solving skills are welcome.

Key Duties

• Handle product/application inquiries from sales reps and customers via phone/email
• Troubleshoot customer issues remotely and on-site
• Conduct product application testing for sales teams and clients
• Provide on-site setup, adjustment, and fine-tuning support
• Deliver post-sales application training and update training manuals
• Support sales with on-site presentations when needed
• Identify opportunities to improve department efficiency
• Adhere to company/department policies

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (e.g., Computer/Electrical), with <3 years’ experience
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, active listening and communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
• Able to build positive relationships via phone/email and communicate complex ideas simply
• High service orientation and willingness to support others
• Familiar with logic control, Microsoft Excel, communication protocols (Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, EIP), and HMI programming
• Good to have: experience with sensors/actuators, stepper/servo motors, SQL/MySQL, C#/Java/Python, and PLCs (Omron/Beckhoff)
