Job summary

A global financial services leader is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Singapore. In this role, you will support client advisors by managing sales activities and liaising with various internal departments. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance and have at least 3 years of client service experience, preferably in asset management. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential, along with the flexibility to work evenings as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of client service/sales support experience from Asset Management firms.
• Strong analytical and organization skills to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Support team for Singapore and Southeast Asia sales.
• Prepare and disseminate business and product reports.
• Assist with coordination for sales events and training.
• Maintain records and logs for the sales team.
