Major in Real Estate, Finance, Logistics Management or related fields; candidates holding CFA, CPA or CPM certifications are preferred.
Possess at least 7 years of work experience in infrastructure investment and M&A, be familiar with the European logistics market, and have relevant communication experience as well as teamwork and coordination capabilities.
Proficient in financial modeling and valuation methods, familiar with regional logistics operations, asset transaction processes and relevant regulatory frameworks, and possess solid due diligence capabilities and risk identification skills.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. (Daily work includes communicating with the headquarters and clients in China and writing reports in Chinese)
