Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly operations in accordance with manufacturing processes, technical drawings, and standard work instructions to ensure high quality and efficiency.
  • Adhere to established quality control procedures, conduct required inspections, maintain accurate and complete quality records, and promptly report any defects or issues encountered during production.
  • Properly use, maintain, and store tooling, fixtures, and measuring instruments to ensure operational reliability and accuracy.
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the production line, including lean manufacturing and process optimization efforts.
  • Complete any other duties or assignments as directed by the Production Manager.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Secondary School education or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated sense of responsibility, reliability, and commitment to quality work.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a structured environment.
  • Prior experience in mechanical assembly or a related manufacturing role is highly preferred.
Other Information
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Transport to & fro company is provided from certain locations
  • Benefits: medical for employee and dependent, specialist and dental benefit
