Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in multi-outlet retail or F&B operations.
• At least 2–3 years in an Area/Regional/Multi-Store Manager role.
• Experience in butchery, fresh food, cold-chain, or wine & spirits is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned outlets.
• Drive stock accuracy, yield control, and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop Outlet Managers and Supervisors.
• Work closely with marketing on promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure accurate stock reporting and minimize stock-outs.
