Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of local experience in commercial building projects is preferred.
• Understanding of specifications, drawings, and scope of works is essential.
• Awareness of the requirements of relevant authorities (i.e., BCA) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project.
• Liaise and supervise with sub-contractors and vendors on projects.
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, and project supervision.

Skills

Local experience in private residential building projects

Ability to interpret construction drawings

Good team player

Education

Relevant Degree / Diploma in Architecture or its equivalent
