Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation across project phases.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
  • Monitor the progress of architectural works and ensure compliance with design intent and project requirements.
  • Facilitate design reviews, site inspections, and architectural approvals.
  • Assist in preparing architectural submissions for regulatory approvals and permits.
  • Support the integration of architectural design with other disciplines (structural, M&E).
  • Maintain accurate project records, drawings revisions, and correspondence logs.
  • Support project management in tracking deliverables, schedules, and quality control.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in architectural coordination or related roles in construction projects.
  • Familiarity with architectural design and construction processes.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
