Job summary

A design and build construction service provider in Singapore is looking for an experienced Architect to manage construction projects, from brief formulation to design and completion. Candidates should have a Master in Architecture and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, and other design tools is required. This position is open only to Singaporean individuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Architectural practice like development of master plans.
• Familiar with design tools like BIM and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for construction project brief formulation.
• Prepare building plans and obtain clearances.
• Provide Architectural details and specifications.
• Assist in the tender process.
• Manage contracts and construction.
• Handle TOP & CSC procedures for project completion.

Requirements

• Master in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in Architectural practice (e.g. development of master plans, power plants, warehouses, offices, residential, additions & alterations works)
• Familar with BIM (Revit), SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, AutoCAD and Photoshop
