Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, coordinate, discuss and resolve with Clients/Consultants/Project Team/Subcontractors for project specifications, project management and technical issues.
• Coordinate all archi drawings and works, prepare, submit and update shop drawings.
• Material requisition, carry out works scheduling, cost control, project supervision and documentation and ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and comply with safety regulations.
• On site supervision and coordination with subcontractors.
