Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in landscape or arboricultural operations.
• ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise operations staff and arborists.
• Conduct tree inspections and assessments, recommending treatments.
• Plan and oversee pruning, trimming, and removal works.
• Manage landscape and tree projects from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Build client relationships and support business growth.
• Assist in recruitment and training of new staff.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities.
• Collaborate on proposals and costings with the sales team.
