Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical contact for customers and sales teams, providing support on products, applications, and development matters.
• Assess customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions that meet feasibility standards and business goals.
• Initiate or support development activities to enhance product performance, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Manage technical discussions and approve product specifications, materials, and process changes.
• Prepare technical documentation and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team on new products, applications, and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optics, Physics, or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in project management, product management, engineering, or similar technical roles.
• Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams within manufacturing or technology sectors.
• Additional certifications or training in project management, product development, or business-related areas will be beneficial.
• Willing to travel regularly for customer visits, on-site support, or training purposes.
