Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate tax experience in a Big 4 public accounting firm or law firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of tax rules in the Asia Pacific Region.
• Experience with M&A and Due Diligence processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax planning and strategy efforts for the Asia Pacific region.
• Conduct tax due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Provide ongoing tax advice to finance and legal teams.
• Oversee tax compliance and reporting responsibilities.
