Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to lead business growth initiatives across APAC with a focus on government, defense, and aerospace sectors. The successful candidate will execute regional strategies, enhance the company's market presence in timing and synchronization technologies, and manage a strong ecosystem of Value-Added Resellers. Ideal applicants will have substantial experience in sales/business development and fluency in English, with additional Asian languages being advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in regional or global sales/business development in government, defense, or aerospace.
  • Strong domain knowledge in Time & Synchronization and/or PNT technologies.
  • Ability to lead initiatives and deliver commercial results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Professional fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business growth initiatives across APAC.
  • Define and execute regional go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish the company's positioning as a market leader.
  • Own regional sales execution and demand generation.
  • Develop and manage a robust ecosystem of Value-Added Resellers.
  • Manage new product introductions and regional launches.
  • Identify new customer segments and use cases.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights.
