The position is based in Singapore with a hybrid working policy, promoting a balance between office and remote work.
Our client is an established global manufacturing company headquartered in Europe. They are currently seeking an APAC Head of Total Rewards to lead their rewards and performance strategy across Asia‑Pacific. This is a permanent role based in their Singapore office located in the West, and the company has a hybrid working policy (3 days from office, 2 days from home).
Reporting to the APAC HR Director (with a functional reporting line to Global Rewards team), you will be responsible for the overall Total Rewards and Performance strategy across 7 key countries within APAC; Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, China, India, Australia and New Zealand.
