Qualifications

• Strong expertise in first-level networking and desktop support is required.
• Proven experience with video conferencing and collaboration platforms is necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to manage regional IT operations is essential.
• Experience leading or coordinating distributed IT teams is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are mandatory.
• Experience supporting IT environments across APAC and Australia is preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT service management frameworks is advantageous.
