Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience as a Consultant in a consulting firm is a must.
  • Ability to understand file specifications (e.g., ISO 20022 XML).
  • Strong consulting skills including logical thinking and communication.
  • PMO experience in planning and cross-functional coordination.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for storytelling.
  • Strong Excel skills including dashboards and structured analysis.
  • Willingness to learn client business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead PMO activities for AML initiatives across APAC branches.
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and logs.
  • Track progress, deadlines, and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Provide management reporting and coordinate with IT and Compliance.
  • Prepare executive-level status updates and facilitate meetings.
  • Document decisions and manage key risks and issues.
  • Develop dashboards and analyses using Excel and PowerPoint.
