Role Summary and Impact
As an Analytics Manager within the MFG team, you will lead end-to-end analytics projects, from initial consultation and data acquisition to delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for our clients in the digital media landscape. Leveraging your proficiency in SQL and Python, along with your strong statistical understanding, you'll optimize existing analytical processes, implement improvements, and develop measurement learning agendas in collaboration with internal teams and clients. A key responsibility will be translating complex data findings into clear, impactful recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences, presenting these directly to clients, and designing/executing tests to address key business questions. By improving efficiency, delivering high-quality, timely results, and applying advanced analytics techniques, you'll enable clients to address key business challenges and achieve measurable improvements in their digital media performance. You'll also contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building within the global analytics function, strengthening the team's expertise and contributing to a fun and engaging work environment.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline)
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in data analysis; digital media experience highly valued

  • Strong working knowledge of Python
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts
