Job summary

A regional investment organization is seeking an investment analyst in Singapore. You will support investment analysis for large-scale projects across Asia-Pacific. The ideal candidate should have a degree in finance or related field, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience, and strong financial modeling skills. Fluency in English and organizational skills are essential. This role involves preparing investment materials, assisting with due diligence, and monitoring ongoing projects.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience in investment, corporate finance, transaction advisory, consulting, or infrastructure/real assets.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; regional language skills are an advantage.

About the Role

A regional investment organization focused on real assets is expanding its presence across Asia-Pacific. The team invests in, develops, and manages large-scale projects across multiple markets, and is strengthening its regional investment function.

Responsibilities
  • Support investment analysis and evaluation for greenfield and brownfield projects across the region.
  • Build and maintain financial models, conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis, and assist with valuation work.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and internal materials for investment committee discussions.
  • Assist with due diligence by coordinating inputs from internal teams (risk, legal, tax, accounting) and external advisors.
  • Support portfolio monitoring, reporting, and ongoing project development activities.
Requirements
  • Degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or a related discipline; progress toward CFA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in investment, corporate finance, transaction advisory, consulting, or infrastructure/real assets.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong financial modelling, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; regional language skills are an advantage.
