Responsibilities
  • Assist in establishing processes and workflows for new fund launches and ongoing product monitoring
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for product development and investment
  • Address operational, legal, compliance, or risk‑related issues, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies
  • Negotiate and review legal documents and agreements related to asset management
  • Participate in portfolio development and ongoing monitoring
  • Support implementation and approval processes for new asset management products
  • Maintain systematic records of all relevant processes and documentation
  • Assist in preparing investment meetings, writing reports, and supporting fund management activities
  • Perform day‑to‑day operations within the department as required
  • Undertake ad‑hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Department Head
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CFA qualification is an advantage
  • 1–3 years of experience in investment analysis, financial research, or a related role in asset management or private banking
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and accounting standards
  • Knowledge of securities, financial statement analysis, and macroeconomic trends; experience in financial modeling is a plus
  • Experience with financial databases and analytics platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Excel); VBA skills are an added advantage
  • Analytical thinking and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Problem‑solving capabilities to identify and address investment‑related issues
  • Collaborative mindset to support team objectives and share insights across departments
