Position

• Position : All Welcome - Project Manager (Construction/PUB Projects) – Up to $6,000
• Location : Island-wide
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm & Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,000 + Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Civil Engineering

Main Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver project on schedule and within budget.
• Do overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets.
• Manage risks, issues, budgets and scope throughout the project life cycle.
• Responsible for all construction site matters including safety and other compliance matters.
• Ensure all works carried out meet with Clients/Company’s quality standards and requirements.
• To always meet Government / Statutory / Government Agency’s regulations/requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE board.
• Have at least 5 years relevant postgraduate experience or achieved Tier B accreditation and above under Construction Professional Accreditation Scheme by SCAL or Tier 3 accreditation and above under Society of Project Manager Singapore.
• All with experience welcome.
