Overview

Basic UP$4000 + Allowances

Company located at Changi Airfreight Centre

Working hours: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6pm, Alternate Saturday half day

Job Scope

• Liaise with customers on shipment instructions and booking updates
• Checking on Permit declarations
• Coordinate, booking and tracking of Export shipments
• Handle transportation schedule and operations duties
• Monitor shipment status and update customer and sales team
• Negotiating of airline buying rates
• Liaise with overseas agents on various requirements and rates
• Prepare necessary documents for internal stakeholders to follow up
• Checking of shipments status
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
• 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company
