You will be responsible for leading and growing the portfolio of aerospace to gain and retain customers.

You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:

• Ensure all aerospace teams receive basic, refresher, and/or specialized trainings (e.g., Dangerous Goods Regulation) as required.
• Ensure all working instructions and standard operating procedures are up to date and accessible by all stakeholders.
• Lead and monitor the implementation of all new business awards.
• Communicate current activities and continuous improvement opportunities in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and pricing teams to drive growth.
• Ensure the quality of product and service through regular engagement with carrier partners.
• Provide guidance on transportation and packaging solutions.
• Support and liaise closely with relevant teams in internal and external audits as required.
