  • Collaborate with vendors on shipment handling and delivery.

  • Prepare necessary documents prior to shipment arrival.
  • Manage permit declarations and coordinate delivery schedules.
  • Work with Freight Forwarders to ensure cargo clearance.
  • Maintain daily shipment logs and oversee delivery orders.
  • Process and update Proof of Delivery (POD).
  • Conduct document processing and cargo inspections at terminals.
  • Assist in interdepartmental projects and additional duties.

Position Title: Air Import Operations Executive

Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:30am - 5.30pm) (Sat: 8.30am - 12.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic + Shift Allowance ($20/day) + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee inbound shipment instructions for seamless terminal clearance and delivery.
  • Collaborate with vendors on shipment handling and delivery.
  • Input and validate shipment data in the system based on received alerts.
  • Prepare all necessary documents prior to shipment arrival.
  • Manage permit declarations and coordinate delivery schedules with the CS team.
  • Work with Freight Forwarders to ensure cargo clearance to our warehouse.
  • Maintain daily shipment logs and oversee delivery orders.
  • Process and update Proof of Delivery (POD), and inform the CS team and system.
  • Conduct document processing and cargo inspections at inbound terminals (SATS/DNATA) as required.
  • Assist in interdepartmental projects and fulfill additional duties assigned by the Air Freight Manager.
Qualifications
  • A Diploma in Business Management or Supply Chain is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Open to candidates without relevant experience; training will be provided.
