A leading AI solutions provider in Singapore is seeking AI Engineers to assist in designing and implementing AI agents and workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Power Automate is advantageous.
• Background in software development is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Logical thinking and ability to execute tasks logically are required.
• Experience in workflow automation projects is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Solutions is beneficial.
• Energetic personality and excellent team collaboration are expected.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently is required.

Responsibilities

As part of our growth plan to build Agentic AI solutions, we are looking for AI Engineers to work on expanding our business. Your primary role is to help customer in the design of AI agents and implementation of AI workflow and automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio or other similar software. In this role, you will be reporting to the development manager.

Responsibilities

• Gather customers requirements on AI agents and automation.
• Understand customer existing process and convert into AI processes and workflow.
• Work with customers on design and process flow.
• Build prototype and models to show to customers
• Implement production Agentic AI solution for customers.
• Work with internal R&D team on the development and creation of new solution integrating our AI Voice Agents with AI Task Oriented Agents.
• Support sales team in customer meetings and presentations.
• Create proposals and recommendations to customers
• Provide post implementation support to customers on our AI solutions.

Pre-requisite

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Power Automate will be advantages.
• Software development background will be advantageous.
• Friendly with good communication and negotiation skills.
• Logical thinking and executions.
• Experience in customer process automation/work flow projects.
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 Solutions.
