Job Title: Access Arrangements Administrative Support (6 months)

Job Summary:

The appointee is engaged to work within the perimeters of the Tanglin Learning Support Policy which is in line with the UK Code of Practice.

The role reports to the Head of Learning Support (Senior School).

This is a 6 months’ position with possible conversion to full-time.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma holder or equivalent
  • Proven experience in administrative and co-ordination role
  • Experience of working in an education environment would be an added advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications & Excel, Sharepoint, Google
  • Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal, organisational, communication and administrative skills
  • Possess good expertise in processes and procedures
  • Mature, meticulous and possesses good co-ordination skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as a good team player with positive attitude
