We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Operations Executive to support our APAC headquarters in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting multiple teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced international environment.

Overview

Overview: Administrative & Operations Executive role at our APAC headquarters in Singapore focusing on office administration, procurement, collaboration with HR, Finance, and Operations, and coordination of order processing and logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Handle general office administration and procurement of supplies/vendors.
  • Support HR, Finance, and Operations with coordination and documentation.
  • Process customer orders in the ERP system, prepare invoices/delivery notes, and assist with shipping arrangements.
  • Liaise with logistics partners and track shipments.
  • Assist with returns, repairs, and credit note documentation.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field (fresh grads welcome).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge (e.g. M3) a plus.
