Job summary

A leading property development firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Administration Executive to provide secretarial support for the Sales and Marketing Department. The role involves handling inquiries, managing reports, and maintaining filing systems. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in sales administration, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales administration. Experience in hospitality will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Provide standard secretarial support such as filing, typing, and taking minutes.
  • Handle telephone inquiries and administer inventory control of collateral materials.
  • Generate month-end Production Report and other department reports.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide standard secretarial support such as filing, typing, faxing, photocopying, taking minutes etc. for the Sales and Marketing Department.
  • Handle telephone inquiries and follow up with the respective sales staff concerned. Administer inventory control of collateral materials under Sales & Marketing Department’s jurisdiction.
  • Responsible for constant update and improvement to the department’s administratio n and filing systems.
  • Generate month-end Production Report, Overview Report, Daily Business Mix Report, Budget Report, etc. Attend meetings and training whenever required.
  • Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by his/her superior diligently and professionally.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales administration.Experience in hospitality will be advantageous
