Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, well‑organized and proactive individual to support our operations team and oversee daily operations, managing resources and ensuring a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate embraces new challenges, enjoys being part of an international team, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Support for Teams: Assist HR, Finance and other departments with administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Office Procurement: Manage office supplies and vendor relationships.
  • Order Processing, Shipping and Inventory: Enter incoming orders into the ERP system; issue order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices to customers; coordinate shipments, schedule deliveries, track orders, and liaise with third‑party forwarding and shipping agents.
  • Shipment Organisation and Paperwork: Send tracking numbers to customers, coordinate courier services, deliver mail to post office, and collect mail.
  • Record incoming shipments and update inventory.
  • RMA & Credit Notes: Receive and record incoming shipments for repair or warranty purposes; correspond with Sales Administration and Channel Marketing Departments in Singapore for necessary paperwork and credit notes.
Your experience and background include
  • Fresh graduates from polytechnics or with a high‑school diploma may apply; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant work experience is a plus.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., M3) is highly valued.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Problem‑solving ability to identify and resolve administrative issues efficiently.
Language Skills
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Fluency in English & Mandarin (other languages will be valued).
Computer Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiar with operating systems such as Windows, etc.
Work Requirements
  • Compliance with all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to quality, security, safety, business continuity and environmental systems.
  • Travel and fieldwork, including international travel, may be required; therefore a valid passport is necessary.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired.
