Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is looking for an Administration Executive to handle e-commerce orders, manage bookkeeping, and ensure stock levels meet demand. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in administration or business, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a strong ability to work independently. This is a permanent role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily e-commerce orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to meet demand efficiently.
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping and accurately prepare invoices for accounting.
  • Process bank payments.
  • Manage monthly salary payments and CPF contributions.
  • Effectively order and oversee company supplies to ensure availability.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
