OVERVIEW

Our client, a leading construction and engineering company, is looking for a Japanese‑speaking Administration Officer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing and filing important documents and records
  • Assist in preparing proposals, tender submissions, and all supporting documentation
  • Develop and organize presentation materials for internal and external use
  • Perform data entry, maintain records, and support data analysis activities
  • Manage the General Manager’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and regional calls
  • Handle travel requests, related enquiries, and tourist visa applications for Asia Region HQ
  • Process, verify, and submit travel and expense claims in accordance with company policy
  • Handle claims submitted by expatriates, including entertainment and transportation claims
  • Maintain organized filing of administrative documents, correspondence, and confidential records
  • Perform other duties or tasks assigned within the scope of the job role
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum High School Certificate or Diploma in Administration, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of related working experience in administration or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Japanese language for communication with Japanese‑speaking counterparts, guests, supervisors, or Japan HQ
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential information
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and follow‑through
BENEFITS
  • Competitive salary range: S$2,001 to S$4,000
  • Location: Singapore East
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, 5 days a week (based on HR policies)
