Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administration Manager to join our team. The Administration Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the company, including human resources, facilities management, and office administration. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of administration, excellent communication skills, and experience in a management role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate daily administrative operations across human resources, facilities management, and office administration to ensure seamless business functioning
  • Oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management to foster a productive and compliant workforce
  • Manage office resources including supplies, equipment, and services to maintain operational efficiency
  • Build and sustain effective relationships with vendors and service providers to optimize service delivery and cost management
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies to mitigate risks and uphold standards
  • Collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals and execute additional duties as assigned
Required competencies and certifications
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and relevant administrative software to support operational tasks
