Job summary

A construction services company in Singapore is looking for an HR (Training) to manage training proposals, coordinate events, and assist in administrative duties. This role requires no prior experience, as on-the-job training is provided. Candidates should possess a minimum of GCE 'N' levels and have strong communication and coordination skills. The ideal candidate should be mature and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability is preferable.

Qualifications

  • No prior experience needed; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Experience in construction is a plus.
  • Mature candidates are welcomed.

Responsibilities

  • Entry of training proposal forms into infotech.
  • Monitoring and follow-up on the upload of various training-related documents.
  • Event coordination for multiple occasions.

Job description
HR (Training)
  • Entry of training proposal form into infotech
  • Monitoring & f / up of upload of training form, invoice, training evaluation form, training cert in AP folder
  • Upload of training cert / pass into infotech
  • Migration of physical P-file into digital P-File and infotech
  • Upload and renewal of NCPG status of all work pass holders
  • Daily reporting Jurong Island Passes that expiring
  • Extraction of qouta balance summary from MOM
  • Monthly work pass renewal notification email
  • Monthly FWL bills
Admin
  • Event coordination (cny,mid autumn,CSR,depavali,D&D,corporate gift,christmas)
  • Coordination, sourcing and distribution of Corp Gifts
  • Follow up on medical, travel, and other insurance claims.
  • Issue Letters of Guarantee (LOG) and track unpaid medical invoices.
  • Maintain the MHC system when hiring new local employees and removing the resignees.
  • Follow up with medical related WICA matters
  • Update on "Hospital Bills" Excel file
  • Process medical invoices and bills
Job Requirements
  • No prior experience needed as OJT will be provided. Experience in construction will be a plus
  • Posses min GCE 'N' levels
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good coordinating skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to work independently in a fast pace environment
  • Able to commence immediately or within short notice
  • Matured candidates welcomed
  • Prefer Singaporean / Singaporean PR
