Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm is seeking a Business Support Executive to provide general administrative support and ensure smooth office operations. The role involves preparing inspection reports, managing records, and liaising with vendors. The ideal candidate is proficient in MS Office and will assist in compliance documentation and website updates. The position is based in Joo Koon, Singapore, with transport provided from multiple MRT pickup points.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit inspection reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage e-filing and maintain organized records and database.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, handle purchasing, and liaise with vendors for office-related matters.
  • Assist in completing and submitting client vendor registration requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation, collation, and submission of safety audit documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Update and maintain the company website with relevant and accurate information.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Position: Business Support Executive

Salary: $2,500 - $2,700 + AWS + VB

Working Days: Mon - Fri 8:15am - 5:30pm

Working Location: Joo Koon (Transport is provided from 6 MRT pickup points ie: Paya Lebar, Serangoon NEX, Bishan, Jurong East, Joon Koon, Woodlands)
