A leading office administration firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to manage overall office administration, including finance and vendor contracts. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, strong supervisory skills, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities also include staff welfare and engagement, and coordinating VIP visits. The role requires proficiency in MS Office and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities we will trust you with:
Manage the overall office administration including management of office assets, stationery and office supplies & IT system, procurement and general office administration.
Manage finance, accounts and budget.
Manage vendor contracts.
Monitor complex level staffing.
Responsible for welfare & engagement of staff within the complex.
Coordinate and organize VIP visits to MMRC.
Secretariat duties for management meetings if required.
Any other duties as assign by immediate supervisor.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Degree from a recognized institution, preferably in Business Administration.
Candidates who are Ex-SAF Officer of the rank of LTA and above preferred.
Candidate with strong supervisory skills with at least 3 years of relevant experience in managing junior staffs preferred.
Proficient in MS Office.
An analytical mind with problem solving skills.
Possess good spoken & written communication skills.
Independent, self-motivated and result orientated.
