Job summary

A leading office administration firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to manage overall office administration, including finance and vendor contracts. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, strong supervisory skills, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities also include staff welfare and engagement, and coordinating VIP visits. The role requires proficiency in MS Office and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a recognized institution, preferably in Business Administration.
  • Candidates who are Ex-SAF Officer of the rank of LTA and above preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience managing junior staff.

Responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Manage the overall office administration including management of office assets, stationery and office supplies & IT system, procurement and general office administration.

  • Manage finance, accounts and budget.

  • Manage vendor contracts.

  • Monitor complex level staffing.

  • Responsible for welfare & engagement of staff within the complex.

  • Coordinate and organize VIP visits to MMRC.

  • Secretariat duties for management meetings if required.

  • Any other duties as assign by immediate supervisor.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Degree from a recognized institution, preferably in Business Administration.

  • Candidates who are Ex-SAF Officer of the rank of LTA and above preferred.

  • Candidate with strong supervisory skills with at least 3 years of relevant experience in managing junior staffs preferred.
