Admin & HR Officer

  • Work Location Nearest MRT: Pioneer
  • Salary: Up to S$2,600 per month
  • Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
  • Transport: Company transport provided to/from Lakeside MRT
Job Summary

The hiring team is looking for a proactive Admin Officer to manage day-to-day office operations and support HR processes across multiple industrial and logistics sites. You will ensure smooth administrative functions while assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and staff compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office support, organizing 2–3 team events per month, and staff engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records for 100+ employees in both digital and hardcopy formats.
  • Track, monitor, and renew staff passes (Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA, Changi Airport CAC, PCS) and maintain accurate records.
  • Support HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and exit clearance processes.
  • Assist the Admin/HR Manager with ad-hoc administrative and HR tasks as required.
  • Occasionally visit operational sites to support administrative or HR activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative or HR support roles.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and HR systems (SAP, HRIS, or ERP) is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
