A dynamic property marketing firm in Singapore seeks an Admin Executive to support day-to-day operations, manage documentation, and assist with billing and campaigns. As an Admin Executive, you will play a pivotal role in keeping ProjectSG running smoothly and scaling effectively. Your primary responsibility is to anchor our day-to-day operations while providing basic campaign and system support. You will work closely with sales, management, finance, and marketing teams to ensure contracts, billing, systems, and campaigns are executed cleanly and on time.
Competitive Salary: Base Salary + Year End Bonus (based on company peformance)

Keep Operations Running Smoothly: Manage contracts, service agreements, and client documentation to ensure every engagement is properly recorded and tracked.
Own Billing & Payments: Issue invoices, track incoming payments, and confidently follow up on overdue accounts to keep cash flow healthy.
Maintain Clean Systems: Ensure all clients, campaigns, and records are accurately logged across CRM and internal systems.
Provide Basic Campaign Support:
Turn Google Ads campaigns and ad sets on or off based on instructions
Assist with simple campaign checks and status updates
Coordinate internally to ensure campaigns go live on schedule
Support Marketing Operations: Assist with uploading materials, tracking campaign milestones, and maintaining orderly marketing documentation.
Enable Management Visibility: Prepare reports, maintain orderly filing systems, and support audits, reviews, and internal meetings.
Requirements:
Computer Savvy: You are confident using computers, web platforms, dashboards, and online tools, and can learn new systems quickly.
Operations-Oriented: You are highly organised, process-driven, and thrive on keeping things structured and under control.
Detail-Focused: You have a sharp eye for accuracy and consistency, especially when handling contracts, invoices, and data.
Basic Marketing Exposure: Familiarity with Google Ads, digital platforms, or online marketing tools is an advantage (training will be provided).
Confident Communicator: You are comfortable following up on payments, missing documents, and outstanding actions.
Multi-Tasker: You are able to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and workflows at the same time.
