About the Role

Zenith Facility Services Pte Ltd is looking for a motivated and well-organised Administrative & HR Executive to support our day-to-day office operations and human resource functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with people, and keeping operations running smoothly. You will work closely with the Managing Director and internal teams, playing a key role in ensuring administrative efficiency and supporting essential HR processes. We welcome candidates who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive, with a keen interest in developing a long-term career in Human Resources. Training and development opportunities, including structured CCP support, will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
    • Maintain accurate filing systems and company records (physical and digital).
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
    • Arrange travel, accommodation, and related logistics.
    • Support expense claims, petty cash, and vendor payment processing.
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Managing Director.
    • Assist in organising office events, staff engagement activities, and workshops.
  • Human Resources Support (Basic HR Functions)
    • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
    • Support employee onboarding, induction, and HR documentation.
    • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and personnel files.
    • Compile payroll inputs and support timely processing through HR systems.
    • Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, confirmations, and internal memos.
    • Coordinate training programmes and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative and/or HR support roles preferred (Entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided).

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

  • Comfortable using digital tools and HR systems.

  • Meticulous, positive, and service-oriented mindset.

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, with willingness to undergo structured CCP training.

Compensation & Location

Salary: SGD $2,800 – $3,200 per month
