About the role
Join our dynamic team at as an Admin & Marketing professional. In this part-time remote position, you will play an important role in supporting the company's marketing and administrative operations. Utilising your exceptional organisational skills and creative flair, you will contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative tasks.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support, including document management, data entry, and general office tasks
- Assist in AP, AR function
- Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and social media content
- Conducting target market research and analysing data to help inform marketing and sales strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and content
- Maintaining and updating marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content
- Coordinating with external vendors and service providers as needed
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of marketing processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and familiarity with social media platforms
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canvas or marketing tools, Adobe suite and etc.
- Previous experience in an administrative or marketing assistant role, preferably in the Marketing & Communications industry
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Procurement of product labels, corporate novelties, etc.
- Explore new customer databases and drive mailing programmes.
- Oversees the branding of the organisation.
- Develop Sales marketing plans and proposals, analyse market potential, market share and activities of competitors to provide feedback and suggest lines of action.
- Support the website and social media updates on promotions and new offerings.
Requirements3>
- Diploma in marketing, communication or equivalent.
- Experienced in handling and coordinating events.
- Graphic design – Can use or knowledge of graphic design software and/or tools used to create graphics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Self-starter with drive, creativity and a passion for chartering a new business.
- Result-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed.
