A local recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a full-time administrative employee to manage salary issuance, document handling, and accounting entries. Candidates must possess O level, LCCI, or a Diploma equivalent and have 1–2 years of relevant experience. Strong attention to detail and the ability to start immediately will be advantageous.

Location: Tai Seng area
Responsibilities:
Handle issuance of salary, commission, and payment transfers
Prepare and issue commission receipts, invoices, and filing of documents
Perform bank transfers and ensure timely settlement of payments
Record company expenses and maintain accurate accounting entries
Carry out bank reconciliations.
Provide general administrative support to the office
Requirements:
O level, LCCI, or Diploma equivalent
At least 1–2 years of administrative or accounting experience.
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Able start work immediate is highly advantages.
