Job Summary

You will support administrative and accounting functions by preparing invoices and sales reports, managing stock transfers and stationery purchases, processing orders and transactions, and responding to customer inquiries to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage invoices and cash sales to ensure accurate billing and record-keeping
  • Generate online sales reports to track sales performance and process withdrawals efficiently
  • Coordinate stock transfers between internal companies to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Manage stationery purchases to support office supply needs
  • Process online orders during team member absences to maintain order fulfillment
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries to provide timely support and information
  • Handle accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments
  • Manage stock levels and update records to support inventory control
  • Process financial transactions accurately to support accounting operations
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks as required to support team functions
Required competencies and certifications
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative procedures to perform core duties effectively
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and transactions
